About this episode
Blayne Alexander is joined by Andrea Canning to discuss her episode, “The Orchard.” In 2005, former beauty queen and beloved teacher Tara Grinstead vanished from her Ocilla, Georgia, home. For more than a decade, investigators chased leads that went nowhere, until a tip changed everything. Andrea reflects on covering the story for more than a decade and shares an extra clip from her interview with GBI Special Agent Gary Rothwell about crucial information that fell through the cracks. Plus, Dateline senior producer Brad Davis and producer Marissa Maier answer your questions from social media. Have a question for Talking Dateline?
